参与多个校企合作项目,在大功率电能变换和电机驱动控制方面有着丰富的工程经验,致力于解决当前先进控制理论在工业场合的应用问题。在IEEE Transactions on Energy Conversion、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、 IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics等顶级期刊担任审稿工作。科研兴趣包括电机驱动系统的无位置传感器控制技术、容错控制技术和故障诊断,滑模控制和重复控制等。
